The Greater Westchester Youth Orchestras Association (GWYOA) is a not-for-profit organization providing an excellent opportunity in advanced instrumental music performance. GWYOA consists of three orchestras comprised of student musicians from Westchester County, NY and surrounding counties in the tri-state area: The Westchester Elementary Strings (grades 4-6), The Westchester Junior Strings (grades 7-9), and The Westchester Youth Symphony (strings grades 10-12; winds brass and percussion 9 – 12).

Annually, our orchestras perform a Winter Concert at Westchester Community College and a Spring Gala Concert at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. The orchestras are under the leadership of conductors Bernard Klinger, Jacqueline Stern, and Kathleen Coletta Feldman, respectively. The 2025 Spring Gala Concert features works by Bach, Bernstein, Bruckner, Bizet, Fletcher, Grieg, Handel, Mozart, Stravinsky, Telemann, and Williams.
