Jason Voorhees, the hockey-masked monster from the eighth sequel to the Friday the 13th franchise descends upon the Big Apple! This Halloween, join us for a screening of the infamous 1989 horror-comedy Jason Takes Manhattan. Thrill as Jason chases an out-of-town couple across rooftops, through Times Square, down the subway and into diners, all bathed in the cliched grime and attitude of 1980s New York, with the added twist of a live original soundtrack by DJ 2-Tone Jones! Put on your best Halloween costume and join us for a bloody good episode of Beats, Rhymes & Sights, Lincoln Center's celebration of the artistry, spirit, and history of Hip-Hop, as curated by cultural influencer Xavier “X” Jernigan.
